Data controller

BZH Gaming is the video game label of BZH Consulting, which publishes the website bzhgaming.com and the BZH Gaming games.

The website bzhgaming.com

  • No registration: the website does not ask you for an account, a name or an email address.
  • No advertising cookies and no audience measurement: no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no tracker.
  • Fonts: they are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google in order to display the page.
  • Blog photos: article illustrations are loaded from Unsplash, which therefore receives your IP address.

The games

Each game has its own detailed policy.

  • Orbital: without an account, progress stays on your device. An optional Google account enables online saves, choosing a username, rankings and alliances (username, scores and alliance are visible to other players). The game also sends anonymous statistics, which can be disabled. Details: Orbital privacy policy.
  • Sonic's Escape and Morioh Quest: no account; progress is stored only in your browser. You can erase it by deleting the site data in your browser settings.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), a payment service provider. Your bank card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe: BZH Gaming does not see or store them.

To credit your purchase, we keep:

  • the payment session identifier;
  • the internal identifier of your player account;
  • the product purchased, the amount, the currency and the date.

This information is kept for 10 years in order to comply with our accounting obligations. If you delete your player account, purchases are kept but are no longer linked to you.

Service providers and transfers outside the European Union

  • Cloudflare: hosting of the website and games, delivery of pages and protection against attacks (IP address and technical connection data).
  • Google: sign-in to player accounts (Orbital) and fonts.
  • Stripe: payment.

These are American companies. Any transfers of data outside the European Union that they may carry out are governed by their contractual commitments. [TO BE VALIDATED by BZH Consulting]

Legal bases

  • Performance of the contract: player account, online save, purchases.
  • Legal obligation: retention of purchase data for accounting purposes.
  • Legitimate interest: anonymous game statistics and security of the service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to us via the BZH Consulting contact form.

If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
